Banquet Hall & Conference Facility

We can cater wedding receptions, business meetings, reunions, company picnics, anniversary parties, and holiday parties in our 7,200 square foot banquet hall and conference facility. The new facility seats 325 people, and is air conditioned and carpeted. The hall has a full kitchen, from which we do our own catering, ranging from casual barbecues to elegant full menu, sit-down wedding meals. The banquet hall is available 365 days a year. A beautiful white gazebo surrounded by a serene lake is available for outdoor weddings.

The Shelby/Mansfield KOA banquet hall and conference facility is completely equipped to serve any group, rally, or business retreat, large or small. The campground offers a large number of pull-thrus for large rigs and a wide variety of cabins and lodges for overnight stays are available; such a rustic setting is very conducive to annual retreats and meetings.

Our meeting facilities include a large dining and recreation building for meals and meetings. Our staff can prepare and serve all or part of your group’s meals. Our large outdoor barbecue unit can prepare some very tasty barbecue menu options as well. The meeting center is nicely furnished, and can be set up in many combinations to meet your needs.

Full meeting plan packages available.

The meeting room is furnished with table cloths, water pitchers, pens, writing pads, and candies. Your room will be refreshed during each break and meal function. The Business Retreat room can accommodate groups of up to 74 people for classroom. A second room is available for meetings that accommodate 250 people.
