Kabin reservations must be for 2 nights minimum. Memorial Day and Labor Day require a 3 nights stay
and 4th of July requires 3 nights stay. Kamping Kabins one night stays when available will be charged
$5.00 more. Bungalow, Western Cabin, and all Lodges for a one night stay when available will be charged
$10.00 more.

The basic seasonal is $1,460 to $1,660 for two people. There is an additional charge for children (3-17) of
$75.00 and an extra adult of $185.00.
Seasonal campers are very important to us and we have some select
seasonal sites available for 2006.
When you reserve your lot, 50% deposit is required, with the
remaining balance due by May 1st. Seasonal rates vary from a base of
$1,460 to $1,560 depending on the site. Seasonal season is May 1st to October 15th. You
can leave your camper over the winter for only $75.00.
The normal seasonal payment schedule of renewal is a $200 due August 15th, 50% due January 1st, and the remainder
by April 1st.
