Reservation Guarantee Deposit:
A credit card deposit equal to the registration charges for your first night will be required to guarantee a reservation. The deposit will be charged at the time of reservation.

Cancellation Requirements for Deposit Refund:
If you are unable to honor your reservation, you must call and cancel prior to these deposit refund cancellation deadlines:

• RV/Tent: 48 Hours - To cancel your RV/tent reservation, notify KOA by 4 p.m. two days prior to your scheduled arrival.
• Kabin: 7 Days - To cancel your Kabin reservation, notify KOA one week prior to your scheduled arrival date.
• Bungalow, Western and all Lodges 28 Days – to cancel your Kabin reservation, notify KOA 4 weeks prior to your scheduled arrival date. There is a $25.00 cancellation fee for Kottages and Lodges.
Reservations made after deadlines will require a non-refundable deposit.

Cancellation Charges:
A $10 cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations made prior to deadline. Lodges and Kottages a $25.00 cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations made prior to deadline. Cancellations after deadline will result in forfeiture of deposit.

Holiday weekends there is NO refund for a reservation. Weekends require a 2 night minimum stay for reservation, Labor Day, Memorial Day require & 4th of July require a 3 night stay.
